Not only did I grow up in the area, but I also have experience managing our own rental properties, which developed my profound understanding of the local market. I am also licensed in Ocean City, New Jersey and Maryland. After buying our own beach house, I wanted to be able to spread my love of the community and help others find their perfect getaway.
I was born in Colombia, South America and am fluent in Spanish. When I was young, we moved to the area and I spent the majority of my childhood here as well as the entirety of my adult life. With this experience, I have the additional knowledge and insight to be able to assist with your relocation.

Once we have set the foundation of our partnership, I will work hard to instill confidence in you that I am working solely for your benefit by making sure I am always available when you need me. I take a personal approach to every business relationship and promise to be there to walk you through the buying process step by step. I also walk you through the pre-approval process, because in today’s competitive market being ready when your dream home comes on the market is very important.

There are so many reasons why you could be selling your home and in order to best serve you, I need to know your motivations and time frames behind your decision. That’s why, part of the process is to take time to get to know you and your feelings about the pending sale. I find it’s also important to understand the feelings of all those that are involved, including family members or children. Knowing how everyone feels is crucial to a successful transaction because selling a home can be a very emotional experience and at the end of the day, it’s my responsibility to make sure that everyone is satisfied with the end result. It’s all about fulfilling your needs and walking you through the process. I will be there to guide you through every step and offer my professional advice when situations arise, having the experience necessary to handle just about every circumstance.
